LEGAL NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER

April 2018

Thank you for visiting Select Property Maintenance’s distributorship page.

FAKE INQUIRIES:

Unfortunately due to too many fake investigative inquiries over the last few months from individuals purporting to be someone they are not, the following statement is being made to clarify the position of Select Property Maintenance.  Small businesses face many challenges aside from providing the best possible service to their customers on a day-to-day basis.  Fake inquiries and false claims, destabilize the economic fabric of society that is supported by small business owners such as Select Property Maintenance who strengthen local communities and employment opportunities.

As with any business, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to know the law.  Select cannot give legal advice to you during your search for any credible business endeavours.  This company only deals with professionals of the utmost integrity with the intent, as always, to provide good service and value.

Ultimately, anyone who buys into any business is responsible for putting forth the necessary commitment to make it a success.  Select can only share experiences, proven methods and practices that will help assist you to build your business.

IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE:

It’s also very common for many individuals to be ignorant of the law, particularly the younger generation with little or no business experience.  Select cannot make any representations or performance claims as each individual business owner operates differently and has varying levels of experience. Often times, small businesses are hurt from those making incorrect assumptions and presumptions.   Further claiming that these suppositions are a crime, then reporting them as such, is an offence under the criminal code and other international laws.

REPORTING OF FALSE CLAIMS AND FAKE INQUIRIES:

Select Property Maintenance takes accusations and barratry that interrupt business activities seriously and will report all suspicious behaviour to appropriate government agencies.

Moreover, Select Property Maintenance reserves the right to hold liable anyone whose intent is to interrupt or interfere in day-day business activities, conduct themselves in a malicious manner or bring any type of harm to this business and its associates, through hearsay, slander or entrapment.

PRIOR FAKE INQUIRIES:

Select has already received fake Canada Revenue Agency and Securities Commission inquiries which have been reported to international law agencies for the protection of commercial and individual rights.  As an example, some of the issues small businesses and individuals are facing, please see this link and follow parts 1-4 …https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-5YFvTL2yk&list=PLtfDJdWNxgpnUD3vY-_6EiJwrMAcQfCUa.

LEGAL DEFINITION OF DISTRIBUTORSHIP:

For anyone who does not understand what a distributorship is, it is defined as follows:

COMMERCE, LAW: the legal agreement that allows a company to sell another company’s products or services to other businesses, stores, and customers: During the term of the distributorship, the Distributor shall use the Trademarks in all advertisements and promotions of the Product.

There are many companies that legally and successfully sell through distributorship models, such as, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Cisco Systems, building supply yards, Plumbers, Electricians, and many other business operations.  If you do not understand any of these things that have been said, please seek legal council.

Here’s one example of a distributorship:  https://www.cisco.com/c/en_hk/partners/distribution.html

SUSPENSION OF DISTRIBUTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

It is with deep regret Select Property Maintenance is having to use this forum in such a public fashion to state the obvious.  At this time, as a result of these false claims being made, an internal resolution has been made to suspend ALL distributorship opportunities, until further notice.

Thank you to all the communities and customers that have supported us.
